Any such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English or French language, as per your preference. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the above, Sellametrics Inc. reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
